This hotel in Davidson street just behind the Sands offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the basic amenities and full amenities with kitchen appliances and cooking utensils provided in the rooms. The location is perfect, just across the beach, allowing for easy access to the beautiful area. Additionally, the staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

Gardens and rooms very well maintained. Staff very Friendly. Peace and Quiet. They were obviously spending a significant amount of money to keep the property looking good.

The apartments were spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the pool and BBQ area. the staff was friendly and helpful.

One air conditioning unit in the lounge was not sufficient to cool the entire apartment, making the bedrooms uncomfortably hot. , the location was a fair distance from town and required either a car or the town bus to get around.

Much less expensive than the hotel mirage resort where we were attending a wedding. Easy to find and easy to find room and ease of parking.

Needed a coat of paint in room to freshen it up. More maintenaince on fixtures eg lights , door handles for example. The continental breakfast was rather sparce and very basic. We brought our own breakfast even thuough it was included in our stay. We did mention the problem with the light an door handles before we left, so they could be fixed for the next visitors

The Sands resort was an excellent place to stay, lovely helpful staff and a beautiful lagoon pool which my son couldnt stay out off. The staff booked all our tours and transfers with no hassles and went out of their way to help us.The little poolside cafe was lovely to have your breakfast in every day and to browse through all the tour brochures.It was a lovely clean place to stay with a pool view in every room.We didnt even need to book a car, it was a bit of a walk to the main street but a nice one and if we got sick of walking we just hoped on the bus which was easy and ran every 15 mins. We would definetly stay there again.
